How constellations can be kept simple, creative and solution focused, capturing the essential information, using only a few elements and steps.

The complexity of managerial processes requires the art of keeping constellations simple. A requirement for this is the ability to come up with good hypothesis and choosing the appropriate form of constellation. This workshop will show how, with only few elements and steps, the focus is on the essential information, to enable the constellation to be simple, creative and solution focused. Additionally, it will be shown how, with the help of mini constellations, seminar topics e.g. Leadership or Time Management can be felt as relationships .The creative transfer of the topic into a constellation offers a wide range of combination possibilities and expands the experience of cognitive intellectual learning to in-depth experience learning.
